Jake Anderson

Anderson, Jake was appointed city administrator for the City of Van Meter in November 2010. Prior to his appointment by the City Council, Jake served the City of Polk City as an intern. Jake holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Drake University in Des Moines and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake. Mr. Anderson received the designation of Certified Public Manager by the State of Iowa in 2010. He is a member of the International City/Council Management Association and the Iowa City/County Managers Association where he serves on the Professional Development Committee.
